Is there a tour guide or coordinator?

Yes, every group is accompanied by a multilingual tour manager and certified site guides.

Are security and permits handled?

Yes, full coordination with local law enforcement ensures safety. Security escorts are arranged for VIP groups.

What accommodations are provided?
  • VIP: 4–5-star hotels or boutique heritage stays.

  • Normal: Guesthouses, Sarais, or 3-star hotels.
    All located near major Gurdwaras.

What are the check-in/check-out timings?
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
    A valid ID/passport is required at check-in.

What meals are included?

All packages include daily breakfast, Langar at Gurdwaras, and dinner.

  • VIP: Hotel buffets and multi-cuisine options.

  • Normal: Basic thali or Langar meals.

Are special dietary needs accommodated?

Yes — vegetarian, vegan (with notice), diabetic, or gluten-free meals can be arranged (limited in normal package).

How are Langar arrangements managed?

Langar is organized in coordination with local Gurdwara committees, ensuring hygiene and proper timing.

Are qualified guides available at sites?

Yes, guides licensed by the Department of Tourism and trained in Sikh history accompany you.

Can we interact with the local Sikh community?

Yes, meetings with Granthis, Sewadars, and scholars can be arranged. Sangat gatherings and interfaith events may also be attended.

Are cultural briefings included?

Yes, daily briefings on heritage, etiquette, and local customs are part of the itinerary.

How is safety ensured during the Yatra?

We follow strict safety protocols, including trained managers, medical kits, and daily briefings.

What happens in case of an emergency?

Emergency plans are in place for medical issues, travel delays, or unrest.
24/7 hotline and hospital tie-ups are available.

What travel documents are required?

A valid passport (6 months minimum validity) and visa are required. Carry identification at all times.

How can I make payments?

Payments can be made via bank transfer, Western Union, or cash (PKR/USD).
A 30–50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • 30+ days before travel: 80% refund

  • 15–29 days: 50% refund

  • Less than 15 days: Non-refundable
    Full refund (minus service charges) if visa is rejected or border closes.

What costs are not included?

Entry fees, porter tips, personal expenses, and gratuities are not included unless specified.

What is the group size limit?

Groups typically range from 2 to 20 people, depending on the package.

Can private group tours be arranged?

Yes. Private or family yatras are available, as well as mixed-group departures on fixed dates.

Do you provide visa assistance?

Yes, invitation letters and required documentation are provided for all international yatrees.

What support is available at the border?

Our staff assists with immigration and customs at the Wagah–Attari border for smooth entry.

Are airport transfers included?

Yes. Meet-and-greet services at Lahore or Islamabad airports include private transfers to your hotel or Gurdwara.

Is there on-ground support during the Yatra?

Yes. A dedicated group coordinator assists you throughout the journey, with local contacts in all major cities.

Will I have access to mobile services?

Mobile internet dongles or SIM kits may be included or arranged upon request.

Is translation support available?

Yes. Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and English are supported. Interpreters for other languages are available (extra charge).
